- Prepare shots of espresso or strongly brewed coffee.
- Add 1 cup of ice cubes to a mason jar with an airtight lid (or a cocktail shaker).
- Pour espresso (or coffee) over the ice cubes.
- Add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Secure the lid onto the mason jar.
- Shake, shake, shake. Vigorously for about 15 to 30 seconds, or until completely combined, cold, and frothy. Set aside.
- Add the other cup of ice cubes to a tall glass.
- Pour the shaken brown sugar espresso over the fresh ice cubes. (I like to use the mason jar lid to hold back the old, slightly melted ice in the mason jar. You can include them if you like, and your serving glass is large enough).
- Add the oat milk.
- Enjoy!!
