  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.
  2. Add the peanuts and stir to combine.
  3. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the chocolate peanuts down. I prefer to use a mini cookie scoop for this step because it makes cleanup easier.
  4. Sprinkle with optional sea salt if you are adding it.
  5. Place the peanut clusters in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate sets.
  6. If you are doing the white chocolate drizzle, do this step now, then chill again until set. Melt white chocolate chips until smooth, then drizzle the melted chocolate over the tops of the hardened peanut clusters. Return to the fridge until hardened.
