- Pour 8 ounces of Dr. Pepper in each glass.
- Pour 2 ounces of Italian sweet cream creamer into each glass.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of cherry syrup into each glass.
- Stir until blended.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries and serve.
